  • 1 cup butter
  • 14 cup berry sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 12 cup extra flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup glace cherries, whole

    Cream butter till fluffy.

    Add berry sugar, mix well with electric mixer.

    Add vanilla.

    Mix in 2 Celsius flour until dough is easy to handle by hand to form cookies.

    If necessary add more flour.

    Form 1/3 teaspoons dough around a glazed cherry.

    Form a ball.

    Bake on a cookie sheet at 325 for 30-35 min, until light brown.

    Remove from oven.

    Roll in granulated sugar while still warm.
