  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 box sweetened strawberries

    Beat egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar well and put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Turn oven off and leave cake in oven for 12 hours.

    Then mix whipping cream, marshmallows and cream cheese.
  5. 5
    Spread on cake and chill for 12 hours.
  6. 6
    Then mix cherry pie filling and strawberries and spoon over cake.
