  • 2 cups pitted fresh cherries (about 12 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 cups blackberries
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a medium, heavy saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer until reduced to 2 cups (about 1 1/2 hours), stirring occasionally. Spoon into a bowl. Cover and chill.
