  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon clove
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted, i used cherry pie filling

    cream butter and sugar

    add cream or milk

    add eggs.

    sift dry ingredients

    add to wet mixture

    fold in cherries.

    ( batter will be loose)( i used a cup of cherry pie filling ).

    butter and flour cake pan ( i pam ed a 10 inch spring form pan ).

    bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
