  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

    Press graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Beat until smooth.

    Bake at 350° until cheese is set and very lightly golden. Don't overbake.

    Cool and top with 1 can cherry pie filling. Cover that with 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip.
