- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions

1In an 8 or 9-inch square pan, with fork, mash cream cheese until very soft.

2Add sugar, flour and salt. Blend well.

3Add remaining ingredients except pie filling.

4Mix briskly with fork until thoroughly blended. Scrape sides of pan.

5Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes or until pick inserted comes out clean.

6Cool in pan on rack.

7Spread with pie filling and chill. Serves 9.
