- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1 can cherries
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions

1Soften cream cheese; beat until fluffy.

2Add vanilla; fluff again.

3In separate bowl, add boiling water to sugar and gelatine; whip with whisk.

4Add sugar mixture to cheese; slowly beat until smooth.

5Pour into crust; refrigerate at least 3 hours.

6Add cherries to top.
