Cherry Crunch Cobbler

  • 1 can cherry pie filling (Comstock)
  • 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, do not drain
  • 1 Jiffy cake mix
  • 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1 small pkg. pecans
  • 1 stick melted margarine

Directions

    Stir cherries and pineapple together.

    In a separate bowl, mix cake mix, sugar and pecans.

    Add on top of cherry mixture.

    Pour melted butter on top.

    Microwave 15 minutes on High.

    If not done, stir and microwave an extra 2 or more minutes.

    Serve with ice cream.

    You may substitute cherries with apples.
