- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- whipped cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- small vanilla wafers
Directions

1Beat all ingredients except wafers together until light and fluffy.

2Crush a few wafers very fine.

3Butter small muffin pans generously; dust with the wafer crumbs.

4Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup.

5Fill cups 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.

6Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown at 375°; cool.

7Top with 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling, then whipped cream.
