- 3 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped dried cherries
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Spray foil-lined 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.

2Place chocolate in medium saucepan.

3Add milk; cook on low heat 8 to 10 min.

4or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

5Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

6Spread immediately into prepared pan.

7Refrigerate 6 hours or until set.

8Store leftover fudge in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
