  • 9-inch crust, made with crushed vanilla wafers
  • 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 15 oz. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can unsweetened pitted cherries, drained

    Whip until fluffy. Gradually add condensed milk, beating until well blended.

    Add lemon juice and vanilla; blend well and stir in drained cherries and nuts.
