- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Crisco (I prefer the butter-flavor Crisco)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients together and then add to that mixture, the last 3 ingredients.

2Take 2/3 of mixture and press on cookie sheet, slightly greased.

3Spread 2 cans of cherry pie filling on top.

4Cut other 1/3 of mixture (roll out first) into strips.

5Lay strips onto pie filling.

6Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
