Cherry Pecan Pudding

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 can drained cherries (save the juice)

Directions

    Combine sugar, egg and pecans.

    Add dry ingredients, alternately, with milk.

    Fold in cherries.

    Pour batter into 8 inch pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

    Cut into squares and serve with sauce.
