- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. sweet milk
- 1 can pie cherries (juice and all)
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Melt the butter in a deep baking dish or 12 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

3In another dish, mix the sugar, flour, baking powder and sweet milk.

4Pour mixture over melted butter.

5Do not stir.

6Pour the pie cherries (juice and all) over this.

7Do not stir.

8Pour over this 3/4 cup sugar. Do not stir. Bake in a 325° oven for

91 hour. Serve warm or at room temperature.
