  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 qt. tart cherries, pitted

    Beat eggs and milk together, then add to dry ingredients which have been sifted together.

    Beat vigorously, add sour cream and baking soda.

    Beat well.

    Stir in cherries.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until set.
