Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 small cans cherry pie filling or 1 large can
  • 24 vanilla wafers

Directions

    Beat together the first 4 ingredients.

    Put vanilla wafer in bottom of each paper cup.
  3. 3
    Fill 1/2 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake 12 minutes at 375°. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling.
