- 1/2 c. oleo
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 can cherry pie filling (may use 2 cans)
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar.

2Add eggs, salt and vanilla; mix well. Stir in sifted dry ingredients.

3Place heaping tablespoonful of batter in ungreased muffin cups.

4Work dough 1/3 way up sides of each cup.

5Fill with tablespoonful of cherry pie filling.

6Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350°.

7Serve with whipped topping.

8(Makes 24 tarts.)
