  • 1/2 cups Butter, Plus Extra For Topping
  • 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, 8.5 Ounce Boxes
  • 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2/3 cups Sugar
  • 4 whole Large Eggs

Directions

    Melt butter in a large bowl. Add Jiffy mix, sour cream, vanilla, and sugar. Beat eggs in a small bowl. Add to Jiffy mix bowl. Mix until just combined. May still have lumps. Pour into a 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Brush top with butter . Serve. Enjoy.
