  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 3 eggs

    Mix together cake mix, margarine and 1 egg and then pat out onto an 8 x 11-inch glass pan.

    Beat eggs; add cream cheese and confectioners sugar.

    Pour over cake mix in glass pan.

    Bake at 300° for 50 minutes to 1 hour, depending on oven.
