  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick softened margarine
  • 4 eggs (1 egg for cake mix, 3 for second step)
  • 1 (8 ounce) softened cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

    Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Mix 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 stick margarine, and egg. Put on bottom of pan and pat down a little. Mix together 3 eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Pour over top and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes (knife will come out mostly clean).
