  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Mix first three ingredients and pat out in bottom of cookie sheet pan with sides.

    Mix last four ingredients and pour over bottom layer.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Cut into squares and serve hot or cool.
