  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Mix together first three ingredients and press into bottom and up sides of a greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

    Mix together cream cheese, sugar and 3 eggs and pour into crust.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

    No frosting required.

    This is a moist, pudding-like cake.
