  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except powdered sugar.

    Pour into greased and floured cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

    Do not overbake.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
