  • 1 c. butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add beaten whole eggs and add vanilla, vinegar and salt.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Start cooking at 300°; raise heat in 10 minutes to 350°.

    Cook for 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
