  • 1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

    Beat eggs with fork until light; add sugar, cornmeal and vinegar.
