- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Melt margarine in large saucepan.

2Add flour to sugar and mix, then add to margarine.

3Beat egg yolks and add all other ingredients to mixture.

4Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie crust.

5Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350° for 40 minutes.
