  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Melt margarine in large saucepan.

    Add flour to sugar and mix, then add to margarine.

    Beat egg yolks and add all other ingredients to mixture.

    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie crust.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350° for 40 minutes.
