- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar

1Melt butter over low heat.

2Add sugar, salt and beaten eggs. Add vinegar just before pouring into crusts. Bake 10 minutes at 425°. Reduce heat to 250° and bake until firm, about 25 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
