  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Melt butter over low heat.

    Add sugar, salt and beaten eggs. Add vinegar just before pouring into crusts. Bake 10 minutes at 425°. Reduce heat to 250° and bake until firm, about 25 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
