- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- nutmeg
Directions

1Cream butter, flour and sugar together until size of peas. Add eggs and beat until fluffy; stir in milk and blend well.

2Pour into unbaked pie crust; sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.

3Reduce heat to 350° and bake 15 minutes longer.
