  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat eggs well; add sugar, salt, meal and vinegar.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Add margarine, which has been melted, and vanilla. Blend until thick and creamy.

    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and cook at 375° for about 40 minutes or until crust and filling are a deep golden brown.
