- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs well; add sugar, salt, meal and vinegar.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Add margarine, which has been melted, and vanilla. Blend until thick and creamy.

4Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and cook at 375° for about 40 minutes or until crust and filling are a deep golden brown.
