  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 lb. grated cheese
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • pie crust (in a 9 x 13 pan)

Directions

    Sift together the sugar, flour and salt.

    Set aside.

    Cook in double boiler the cheese, butter and milk.

    Add eggs when cool enough so not to set the eggs.

    Add vanilla.

    Pour into pie crust and cook 1 hour at 325° or until done with toothpick test.
