  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine (1 stick)
  • 1/2 c. milk (evaporated)
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar with flour.

    Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Add milk and vanilla.

    Pour into unbaked pastry shell.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake for about 1 hour at 325° or until inserted knife comes out clean.
