- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. raisins, chopped and floured
- 1/3 c. flour
- tart shells
Directions

1Cream sugar with butter.

2Mix in egg yolks (save whites for meringue).

3Add milk, then raisins, then flour.

4Pour into tart shells and bake about 15 or 20 minutes at around 375°.

5Then top each pie with meringue and put in oven until browned.
