Chewy Cake

Directions

   Combine sugar and margarine until smooth.

   Add one egg and beat well, then add remaining eggs and beat.

   Add flour, about 1/3 at a time.

   Add vanilla and nuts and mix well.

   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Cook in 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 27 minutes.

   Let cool in pan for 15 minutes.

   Cut into pieces and remove from pan.
