- 1 pound Fresh Or Frozen Berries
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup Or Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
Directions

1Bring berries to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.

2Once boiling, add maple syrup, stirring frequently.

3Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

4With a wooden spoon, lightly mash berries.

5Stir in chia seeds and cook until mixture thickens, stirring frequently (about 15 minutes).

6Once the jam thickens, remove from heat and let cool completely.

7Place in a glass jar and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
