- 1 c. mochiko
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. + 5 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla or banana extract
- few drops food coloring
- potato starch or kinako
Directions

1Mix mochiko and sugar.

2Add milk and water.

3Stir until well mixed.

4Add extract and food coloring.

5Mix well.

6Spray a 5 cup microwave Bundt or ring pan with Pam.

7Pour mixture into pan. Cover with plastic wrap.

8Microwave on High for 5 minutes.

9Remove and cool (be careful, the mochi will be very hot and sticky). When completely cooled, cut with plastic knife and roll in potato starch or kinako.
