  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chicken, cooked and cubed, or 5 oz. can boned chicken, or tuna
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. green peas, drained
  • 1 1/4 c. potato chips, crushed

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Empty soup into a 1-quart casserole dish and add milk; mix thoroughly.

    Stir in chicken (or tuna) and 1 cup of potato chips and peas.

    Sprinkle top with the remaining 1/4 cup of chips.

    Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

    Very good served over rice.
