- 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
Directions

1Brown chicken in frying pan.

2Cut mushrooms in half.

3Saute in butter.

4In a saucepan, heat mushroom and chicken soups with milk; add sauteed mushrooms.

5Place chicken in a baking dish, arranging so that the sauce covers chicken evenly.

6Bake at 325° for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
