  • 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. cooking sherry

    Brown chicken in frying pan.

    Cut mushrooms in half.

    Saute in butter.

    In a saucepan, heat mushroom and chicken soups with milk; add sauteed mushrooms.

    Place chicken in a baking dish, arranging so that the sauce covers chicken evenly.

    Bake at 325° for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
