- 1 (2 1/2-3 lb) chicken, cut up
- 14 cup oil
- 14 cup onion, minced
- 14 cup celery, minced
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 14 cup pineapple juice
- 14 cup tomato juice
- 2 tablespoons chutney
- 12 cup light cream
Directions

1In a skillet, heat oil and brown the chicken.

2Remove chicken and set aside.

3Add onion and celery to remaining oil and cook until tender.

4Blend in the flour and curry powder.

5Then add the next 4 ingredients.

6Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil.

7Return chicken and turn heat to low.

8Cover and cook about 45 minutes.

9Remove chicken parts and stir in cream, heat to a boil.

10Serve sauce over chicken and rice.
