  • 6 pieces chicken thighs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
