- 1 clove whole garlic (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable/corn oil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 each whole black pepper cloves
- 3 each dried bay leaves
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup cup vinegar
- 1 each 7-up or Sprite (optional)
- 1 each whole lemon (cut into 4) (optional)
