  • 1 clove whole garlic (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable/corn oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 each whole black pepper cloves
  • 3 each dried bay leaves
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup cup vinegar
  • 1 each 7-up or Sprite (optional)
  • 1 each whole lemon (cut into 4) (optional)
