- 1/3 pkg. (900 g) fettuccine
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
- 3/4 cup frozen peas
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or dill
Directions

1Cook fettuccine according to package directions.

2Drain and return to pot.

3Prepare sauce while pasta is cooking.

4Melt butter over medium heat, add garlic and saute for 1 minute.

5Stir in flour then whisk in milk until smooth.

6Cook and stir about 5 minutes until mixture is thick and bubbly.

7Reduce heat to low, stir in cheese, salt and pepper.

8Cook 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted.

9Add chicken, sour cream and peas and cook until heated through.

10Pour sauce over noodles and toss to coat.

11Sprinkle with parsley and top with extra pepper, if desired.
