  • 1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni herb and butter or any rice pilaf type mix
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 pkg. frozen sugar peas
  • 1 or 2 pkg. Alfredo sauce mix

Directions

    Prepare Alfredo sauce as directed. Place a bed of rice on serving dish; arrange chunks of chicken over top.

    Sprinkle pimentos as desired.
