- 4 cooked chicken breasts, cut in bite-sized pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
- 1 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4 tsp. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. lite salt
- 10 to 12 oz. cooked fettucine
Directions

1In a saucepan over low heat, blend flour, liquid Butter Buds, skim milk and chicken broth.

2Add minced garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.

3Stir in Parmesan cheese.

4Combine sauce with chicken and mushrooms.

5Fold into cooked pasta.

6Serve immediately.

7If sauce is too thick, add a little more evaporated skim milk and chicken broth.
