Ingredients
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 2 pkg. (10.8 oz. each) refrigerated biscuits, 5 biscuits each)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley, fresh
Directions

1In a large skillet, combine the broth, butter and pepper.

2Add the chicken chunks and cook over medium high heat 5 minutes, or until bubbly.

3Place the biscuits evenly over the top.

4Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

5Sprinkle with the paprika and simmer, uncovered for 10-12 minutes, or until the broth is slightly thickened.

6Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
