- 12 oz. bow or other pasta
- 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chunky style stew tomatoes
- 1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

2Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid.

3In skillet, add reserved liquid and boil 5 minutes.

4Stir in tomatoes, chicken, onion, mushrooms, garlic and rosemary.

5Cook 6 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.

6Toss with pasta and cheese.

7Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with additional cheese, if desired.
