- 1 chicken or hen, cooked and deboned
- 1 pt. broth from chicken
- 3 c. fresh or frozen corn
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook chicken/hen until tender.

2Debone and salt to taste.

3Add corn to 1 pint of boiling broth.

4Cook slowly for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

5More broth may be added if needed to thin mixture.

6The corn will determine the amount of broth needed. Young and tender corn requires less broth.

7Add deboned chicken to corn and cook an additional 30 minutes.

8Salt and pepper to taste.
