  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
