  • 34 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 12 cup celery, chopped
  • 12 cup corn or 12 cup peas
  • 14 cup mushroom
  • 14 cup pimiento, chopped
  • 1 12 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 14 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons hot water

Directions

    For Crust: Combine in mixing bowl flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt, and baking soda.

    Cut in butter until mixture is the size of small peas.

    Add sour cream, a little at a time, stirring with fork until dough is moist enough to hold together.

    Form into a ball.

    Press onto bottom and sides of 12-inch round pizza pan.

    Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle with topping.

    Chicken Filling: Combine all ingredients; blend well.
