- 24 pieces of chicken (legs, thighs and wings)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can green peas
- 1/2 doz. freshly sliced mushrooms
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Wash and season chicken.

2Fry or bake until golden brown; drain.

3While chicken is frying or baking, put in Dutch oven type pan the following: soups and water.

4Add mushrooms, onions, garlic and heat to boiling point.

5Add cooked chicken and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

6Serves 6 people.
