- 1 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika
Directions

1Combine rice, broth, soup, 1/4 cup of water and onion.

2Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Season chicken with salt and pepper.

4Place on top of soup mixture.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Bake, covered, at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Uncover and bake another 30 minutes or until tender.
